All images are stored encrypted within online secure Vault and streamed to printing station with no file footprints left anywhere in the system.

Artist, Publishers or any high value digital image right owners can offer their assets via Cloudsto.re Art-on-Demand service to anyone around the world safely and receive royalty calculated by area of prints as defined by the owner. Print streaming technology transfers encoded files via secure tunnel to printing with full control over printers for the print output. This ensure the image cannot be used for reprint and correct royalty is calculated for the size and type of media printed.

With a myriad of built-in controls, the image right owner stays in total charge of the whole process, ensuring top security, high quality and appropriate revenues. New clients for access to images can be added anywhere in the world with a click of a button and the whole operation is monitored from a central online dashboard.

B2B

Business solution of ArtOnDemand service enables access to art on demand for authorised partners anywhere in the world through a dedicated secure portal. Large publishers, artists or digital image suppliers can offer art on demand via this service to galleries, print service providers and major customers. Royalty and other payments are calculated and allocated on account with detailed reports and live dashboard access.

B2C

Consumer solution of ArtOnDemand involves offering the same service via web to public and processing online payment per order. Using this service anyone on the web can access art and order products to be delivered. Publishers or any individual Artist, Art galleries, Print Service Providers or any online business wishing to offer art on demand to consumers can utilise this service with minimum investment and complexity.

Overview

E-Commerce Integration (B2C)

Shopify e-commerce platform is arguably the most popular solution on the market. Its comprehensive set of tools and features and ease of configuration and maintenance makes it particularly appealing to newcomers to this market.

To this end we provide a complete end-to-end connection to the Shopify ecosystem. This translates to the ability of automatically publishing products with complete list of variants, options, pricing, description, images and other information. Additionally any orders placed on the site will trigger the creation if the corresponding print job ready for production on the Rosetta Server.

A typical Shopify site connected to the Rosetta back-end is shown below. All products and images, variants, descriptions, pricing etc was published from the RIP and all orders placed will be automatically add to the corresponding queue on the Server for production. There are no additional manual steps required by the operator.

Another example of an E-commerce site, this time Woocommerce, that uses our web to print and AOD platform to deliver a fully automated end-to-end solution.

Kiosk (B2B)

As part of the complete AOD solution we also provide a number of sophisticated and intuitive tools for the B2B business model. For users who want to provide their business customers with a comprehensive yet easy way of placing orders we provide these bespoke front-ends.

Business users would use the refined art browser to search and find the required images from the vast library of images. Once selected they can examine the art in more details and see suggested similar images. In the next step they would size and optionally frame the art. For final confirmation the user can now view the finished art in various room views or use the realistic 3D augmented reality (AR) to view the art as it would actually appear in their environment.

Dashboard

All activities on the AOD system are logged automatically for the qualified operators to examine and monitor. These include jobs status, consumable costs, royalty costs, jobs details and other information. Users can create reports based on the information needed and generate various file formats including Excel, CSV and PDF from it.

Financial details are shown in graphical format for quick and easy analysis of the data. The data is broken down to logically grouped one for better understanding of the transactions. Actual costs of the jobs can be examined on individual or total basis for user’s convenience. All financial transactions, current credit status and purchases are shown in summarized and detailed format. Data can be shown and extracted by setting the required date range .
